These players in the draft can grow into good NBA players and even though there are some very NBA-ready players in the draft, rookie of the year will go to Ricky Rubio. The 5th overall pick in the 2009 draft is the most NBA-ready rookie having spent 6 years playing professionally in Spain. He is the most likely rookie to become an all-star or hall of famer. These players in the draft will probably become good players but I am afraid I have to go with Ricky Rubio on this one.
